This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions for canceling orders placed through the Maqadeek application.


 

1. Cancellation Before Processing

Users may cancel an order before it is confirmed or before preparation begins without any charges.

Cancellation can be requested by contacting customer support or by calling the provided phone number.


 

2. Cancellation After Confirmation

If the order has already been confirmed and preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

However, users may contact us to request cancellation before the order is shipped for delivery.


 

3. Refusing the Order at Delivery

Since the application uses Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method, users may refuse the order at the time of delivery.

However, we encourage users to cancel orders in advance whenever possible to avoid unnecessary delivery costs.


 

4. Repeated Cancellations

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend user accounts in cases of repeated cancellations or refusal of orders without valid reasons.


 

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the application or on the website.
