At Maqadeek, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. This Refund Policy explains the conditions related to returning or exchanging products.


 

1. Payment Method

All orders placed through the Maqadeek application are processed using:

Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

The application currently does not support electronic payments.


 

2. Return at Delivery

Customers have the right to refuse the order at the time of delivery if:

  1. The product does not match the order

  2. The product is damaged or defective

  3. The wrong item was delivered

In such cases, the product can be returned directly to the delivery representative without any additional charges.


 

3. Return After Delivery

Customers may request a return within:

24 hours from the time of delivery.

Conditions:

  1. The product must be unused

  2. The product must be in its original condition

  3. The original packaging should be intact if available


 

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The product has been used

  2. The product was damaged after delivery

  3. The return request is made after the allowed time period


 

5. Exchanges

Products may be exchanged if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

We will coordinate with the customer to send a replacement product.


 

6. Delivery Fees

Additional delivery charges may apply for some exchange or replacement requests depending on the customer's location.
